Orlando's Kia Center Hosts an Unprecedented 27 Events in the Month of March


ORLANDO'S KIA CENTER HOSTS AN UNPRECEDENTED 27 EVENTS IN THE MONTH OF MARCH

 

 

ORLANDO, FLORIDA [April, 2024] — Kia Center, Orlando's premier sports and entertainment destination, triumphantly wrapped a blockbuster month of March by hosting 27 different events over its 31 days and welcoming 291,619 patrons through its doors. During that time, the award-winning arena was teeming with a diverse lineup of 10 concerts/events, 10 Orlando Magic games and seven Orlando Solar Bears games.

 

Several of the biggest names in music graced Kia Center’s stage including sold-out performances by the Eagles (The Long Goodbye Tour), Olivia Rodrigo (GUTS World Tour), Fall Out Boy (So Much for 2our Dust), Tim McGraw (Standing Room Only Tour ‘24) and Nicki Minaj (Pink Friday 2 World Tour). The constant activity yielded 20 floor conversion configurations to accommodate basketball, ice hockey, concerts, comedy shows and mixed martial arts, among other events.

Kia Center is on track to host a record-setting number of events this year. The second quarter continues with both the Orlando Magic and Orlando Solar Bears seeking their first postseason berths since 2019 and the Orlando Predators kick off their season with their home opener on Sunday, May 5. The arena hosts El Zolazo with Alex Sensation (4/13), Don Omar (4/19), The Postal Service + Death Cab for Cutie (4/24), Hozier (5/8), AJR (5/10), Bad Bunny (5/17-5/18), Diljit Dosangh (5/21), nine area high school graduations (5/22, 5/24 and 5/28), Melanie Martinez (5/29), Kane Brown (5/30), Lionel Richie (5/31), Luis Miguel (6/5), Gunna (6/9), Aventura (6/14-6/15), blink-182 (6/20), Jay Wheeler (6/23), Jennifer Lopez (6/26), Feid (6/28) and Roberto Carlos (6/30).
