ARTISTRY RESTAURANTS TO BRING POPULAR OAK & STONE CONCEPT
TO FAMED 310 PARK SOUTH LOCATION
Move Marks the Group’s Fourth Winter Park Restaurant as it Continues to Bring Best-in-Class Dining Experiences with a Focus on Heartfelt Hospitality to the Area and Region
(WINTER PARK, FLORIDA, January, 2025) Following the recently announced closure of 310 Park South in Winter Park, Florida, Artistry Restaurants is pleased to announce that JM Hospitality has passed the baton, paving the way for the arrival of Oak & Stone, an Artistry brand best known on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The planned Winter Park Oak & Stone location marks the brand’s flagship in Central Florida, where Artistry Restaurants continues to expand its presence as it identifies optimal locations for its portfolio of six restaurant brands.
“While the closing of 310 Park South marks the end of an era, we are honored to take over the space and bring a new neighborhood favorite to Winter Park as it continues its rise as a true culinary destination,” said Jason Brooks, Chief Operating Officer, Artistry Restaurants. “Much like 310 Park South, our Oak & Stone locations have become fast favorites among locals as a fun and dynamic place to gather, share and enjoy. We hope to bring that same experience to Winter Park.”
Set to open later this year, Oak & Stone is a casual dining concept best known for its gourmet tavern fare, made-from-scratch dishes, inventive artisan pizzas, and expansive self-serve beer wall. Once open, the new Oak & Stone will mark the group’s fourth Winter Park restaurant, which currently includes BOCA (358 N. Park Avenue), Atlantic Beer & Oyster (358 N. Winter Park, Suite B), and The Chapman (500 S. Park Avenue), an indulgent yet relaxed finer dining and drinking concept that recently opened on January 20.
Fans of Oak & Stone delight in its laid-back casual tavern atmosphere, but with surprisingly great food, drinks and heartfelt hospitality – a core attribute of all Artistry Restaurants’ brands. Known for its largest in the region, self-serve beer wall, Oak & Stone serves brunch, lunch and dinner with a diverse menu that includes Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, smoky gouda mac ‘n cheese, crispy grouper BLT, and 12 classic and complex takes on the artisan pizza – from its All the Way to the Winger.
Artistry Restaurants currently operates seven Oak & Stone locations along Florida’s Gulf Coast in Bradenton, Estero, Naples, Sarasota (two locations), St. Petersburg (pictured above), and Venice. In addition to the planned Winter Park location, Artistry is set to open two other Oak & Stone locations in 2025 bringing the company’s total number of Oak & Stone locations to 10 by year-end.
About Artistry Restaurants currently operates 50 restaurants in five states across seven brands, including The Chapman, Oak & Stone, Shrimp Basket, BOCA, Atlantic Beer & Oyster, Sandbar Amelia Island, and the recently acquired, 20-unit Hickory Tavern, which marked Artistry’s entry into the Carolinas. In 2025, the restaurant group is set to open its third BOCA location in Lake Mary and three new Oak & Stone locations – one in Cape Coral, Florida, one in Winter Park, Florida, and a third in McKinney, Texas, marking Artistry’s entry into the Lone Star State.
