MARLOW’S TAVERN UNVEILS FRESH SUMMER MENU

Seasonal Dishes and Cocktails Bring Bright Flavors, Lighter Fare and Bold Sips to Marlow’s Tavern

ORLANDO, Fla.  (June, 2026)— Marlow’s Tavern is welcoming the season with a refreshed summer menu featuring vibrant new dishes and handcrafted cocktails designed for warm-weather dining. From shareable starters and lighter entrées to tropical-inspired cocktails, the latest additions bring a fresh take to neighborhood tavern dining. 

“The best summer dishes are the ones that feel fresh without sacrificing flavor,” says executive chef, CEO and co-founder John Metz. “Whether guests are stopping in for happy hour, dinner or brunch, there’s something on this menu that captures the spirit of the season.”

New summer menu items include:

  • MT Hummus – Persian cucumbers, baby heirloom carrots, sweet pepper, watermelon radish, toasty pita, EVOO
  • Melon & Basil Burrata – baby arugula, honeydew melon, strawberries, basil vinaigrette, EVOO and shaved crostini
  • Tavern Wings – spicy chili crisp, Buffalo, honey mustard Buffalo or dry ranch; with heirloom carrots and choice of gorgonzola or ranch dressing
  • Chili Crisp Banh Mi Wrap – tempura tofu, cabbage, pickled veggies, cilantro and sweet and spicy chili sauce; add grilled or fried chicken tenders

  • Pan Seared Trout – creamer potatoes, snap peas, shiitake and oyster mushrooms, baby carrots, herbed butter and green goddess
  • Pollo al Carbón – spice-rubbed and grilled chicken thigh with cauliflower “rice” and beans, sweet corn, tomatillo salsa, avocado, watermelon radish, queso fresco, cilantro, lime and crispy tostado

  • The Deli Stack – oven-roasted turkey, honey ham, dijonnaise, bacon, Swiss, cheddar, tomato, arugula and toasted croissant

As always, handcrafted cocktails complement the Marlow’s experience. New options for summer include:

  • Garden State of Mind – Citadelle Jardin gin, Liber strawberry syrup, lemon and Fever-Tree grapefruit sparkling
  • The Drunken Coconut – Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut Rum, Liber peach syrup, lime and crème de cassis
  • Melon Baller – Gray Whale vodka, Artonic melon liqueur, lemon, grapefruit and simple syrup

  • Passion & Proof – Green River 1885 bourbon, Chinola passionfruit liqueur, lemon and simple syrup
  • Bellini Martini – Mr. Pickles gin, Liber peach syrup, peach schnapps and Santa Marina Prosecco
  • Fizz & Berry – strawberry, peach, raspberry, lemon, vanilla simple and tonic; a new spirit-free addition to the menu
