Renowned for providing the secret sauce to the world’s biggest artists, Dean is the go-to when they need a veteran producer's touch, a keen ear for engineering and mixing or even a searing guitar solo. His career began in the early ‘90s with legacy-creating work for southern rap icons—and fellow Texas natives—Scarface, UGK and Devin the Dude. Since then, Dean has evolved to blend hip-hop, pop, experimental rock and soul into a potent concoction that is both malleable and uniquely his own. “Producers should never get stuck in time. They should always be time travelers living in the future,” said Dean.
Throughout the 2010s, Dean played a crucial role in the realization of seminal albums such as Kanye West’s “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” and “Watch the Throne,” Frank Ocean’s “Blonde,” Beyoncé’s “Lemonade,” and Travis Scott’s “Astroworld.” He also produced on Metro and Future's albums, “We Don’t Trust You” and “We Still Don’t Trust You,” both reaching number one on the Billboard charts. Dean has described himself as “the finisher” for his ability to collaborate and expand on the work of other producers and artists, bringing a shared vision to life. He has also helped craft some of the decade’s biggest singles like “Sicko Mode,” “N*ggas in Paris” and “Mercy.”
His debut album, “4:20,” showcased his talents as an arranger, synth player and guitarist. The songs are textured and psychedelic, filled with surprising sonic twists that rarely keep the listener in one place for long. It is a well-earned moment in the spotlight for one of popular music’s most pivotal behind-the-scenes figures.
As a solo artist, Dean has sold out two headline shows at the Echoplex in Los Angeles and sold out the Wiltern Theatre, bringing the best production the venue ever saw. He toured with The Weeknd as an opening act on the sold-out “After Hours Till Dawn” stadium tour in the U.S., where he added synths and guitars and his signature sound to the headline show.
He was the opener on The Weeknd’s sold-out “After Hours Til Dawn” stadium tour in Europe and South America and also performed keys, guitar and sax during The Weeknd's set. Dean also scored the entirety of HBO's “The Idol” alongside Abel Tesfaye(aka The Weeknd) and Sam Levinson and stars as himself in the series.
Get ready for his next installment of the 420 series with his new album, “424” and touring to come.

About Camping World Stadium
Camping World Stadium is owned and operated by the City of Orlando. Since opening in 1936 as a Works Progress Administration project by President Franklin D. Roosevelt at a cost of $115,000 and a capacity of 8,900, the stadium has undergone numerous expansions and name changes over the years. The historic venue underwent a massive $207.7 million reconstruction in 2014, which yielded 90% all-new construction and a completely modernized stadium. Its sustainable design achieved a LEED Silver Certification for new construction from the U.S. Green Building Council. In 2021, the stadium underwent an additional $60 million in construction upgrades and enhancements that included adding approximately 3,800 permanent seats on the North Plaza deck, creating a new premium Club Level on the east and west sides and installing more restrooms and concession areas for general admission. The continued investment has bolstered Camping World Stadium's ability to draw high-profile events like neutral-site college football games, the NFL Pro Bowl Games, WrestleMania, Monster Jam World Finals and big-name concerts while retaining its signature annual bowl games and events.
