Seasonal Dishes and Cocktails Bring Bright Flavors, Lighter Fare and Bold Sips to Marlow’s Tavern
ORLANDO, Fla. (June, 2026)— Marlow’s Tavern is welcoming the season with a refreshed summer menu featuring vibrant new dishes and handcrafted cocktails designed for warm-weather dining. From shareable starters and lighter entrées to tropical-inspired cocktails, the latest additions bring a fresh take to neighborhood tavern dining.

New summer menu items include:
- MT Hummus – Persian cucumbers, baby heirloom carrots, sweet pepper, watermelon radish, toasty pita, EVOO
- Melon & Basil Burrata – baby arugula, honeydew melon, strawberries, basil vinaigrette, EVOO and shaved crostini
- Tavern Wings – spicy chili crisp, Buffalo, honey mustard Buffalo or dry ranch; with heirloom carrots and choice of gorgonzola or ranch dressing
- Chili Crisp Banh Mi Wrap – tempura tofu, cabbage, pickled veggies, cilantro and sweet and spicy chili sauce; add grilled or fried chicken tenders
