Orlando’s largest theme park food festival returns with weekend concerts and
culinary experiences. This year, the festival brings an all-new lineup of rotating
global flavors, from Ireland to Mexico and Germany to Asia, paired with

This Weekend’s Headliner

Uncle Kracker
American singer, musician and actor Uncle Kracker is known for blending
country, pop, rock and rap. Matthew Shafer, best known as Uncle Kracker,
debuted in the 2000s with his solo album Double Wide, which featured the hit
single “Follow Me.” With that song reaching No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100, his
cover of “Drift Away” setting a record for most weeks at No. 1 on the Adult
Contemporary chart, and multiple platinum certifications, he has built a
successful career spanning more than two decades. Join Uncle Kracker as he
brings his fan-favorite hits to SeaWorld Orlando.
Trace Adkins

Trace Adkins is a country music star and actor known for his deep
baritone voice and commanding stage presence. He broke into the
country scene in the mid-1990s with his debut album Dreamin’ Out Loud
and went on to release numerous platinum albums and chart-topping hits,
including “(This Ain’t) No Thinkin’ Thing” and “You’re Gonna Miss This.”
Beyond music, he has appeared in films such as The Lincoln Lawyer and
Moms’ Night Out, and won The Celebrity Apprentice in 2013. With nearly
three decades in the industry, Adkins continues to tour and release new
music.
