Guests are invited to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday at ette’s Salt & The Cellar by Michelin-starred Chef Akira Back. Sophistication and charm fuse to create a classic and flavorful roast. An 8 oz. Chateau Briand, served with house-made peppercorn sauce, truffled rainbow carrots, blanched broccolini, cranberry stuffing and a smooth potato puree, will be served for lunch and dinner on Thanksgiving Day, November 27. The cost of the meal is $95 per guest, and reservations can be made through OpenTable.
