Telemundo dio a conocer al elenco oficial de la nueva serie Parientes a la Fuerza que estrena a finales de 2021. La serie que inició grabaciones esta semana en la Ciudad de México marca el debut de la actriz Bárbara de Regil (Rosario Tijeras) en Telemundo como la protagonista de esta romántica y divertida historia. El elenco protagónico que acompañará a de Regil incluye al actor de renombre Guy Ecker (El Señor de los Cielos, El Recluso), Michel Duval (Señora Acero, Herederos por Accidente) y a Chantal Andere (Tenías que ser tú) como antagonista; y la participación especial de Carmen Aub (El Señor de los Cielos) y Lisa Owen (El Señor de los Cielos). Parientes a la Fuerza es una historia que toma lugar en Los Ángeles y se centra en George Cruz (Ecker), un famoso guionista Hollywoodense de 50 años que sufre una crisis de la mediana edad bajo la sombra de su único éxito, el fallecimiento de su madre y la traición de su esposa Leticia (Andere). Su frustración, soledad y sentimiento de fracaso, aunado al último deseo de su madre, lo llevan al otro lado de la frontera en México donde conoce a Carmen Jurado (de Regil), una bella cantante mexicana que se convierte en su musa, su estrella y su gran amor. George recupera la inspiración y la felicidad que lo hacen sentir vivo. Pero el amor no viene solo cuando dos familias se unen, y los contrastes entre la familia Jurado y los Cruz harán llorar al público de risa.

La iniciativa expande el exitoso programa “Parramore Kidz” a tres áreas adicionales en la ciudad 

 

El municipio de Orlando se enorgullece en lanzar oficialmente la expansión de “Kidz Zones" del programa “Parramore Kidz Zone” (PKZ) esta primavera para alcanzar a más jóvenes en riesgo y conectarlos con oportunidades. Esta expansión fue posible gracias a un financiamiento de $2 millones aprobado por el Concejo Municipal de Orlando a través del presupuesto del año fiscal 20/21 para agregar tres vecindarios adicionales a la iniciativa, Holden Heights, Mercy Drive y Engelwood.

“La expansión de “Kidz Zones” es otra manera en la que mantenemos nuestro compromiso de cambiar y continuar invirtiendo para aumentar la equidad en nuestra ciudad”, dijo el alcalde de Orlando Buddy Dyer. "Hemos tenido un gran éxito con el programa Parramore Kidz Zone y espero ver a nuestros jóvenes locales aprender y crecer en más vecindarios de la ciudad".
