Marlow’s Tavern Welcomes Cooler Weather with New Fall and Winter Flavors

Comfort Classics Meet Bold Seasonal Dishes Across Neighborhood Taverns 

As Central Floridians’s welcome cooler temperatures, Marlow’s Tavern is turning up the warmth with a new lineup of chef-driven fall and winter menu offerings. Executive Chef and Co-founder John C. Metz and his culinary team are serving hearty comfort foods, creative flavor twists and seasonal ingredients designed to make every bite feel like home. 

“We look forward to the colder months because they allow us to bring back the kind of food that warms you from the inside out,” said Metz. “Our new dishes take familiar comfort foods and give them that Marlow’s signature touch using fresh ingredients, thoughtful presentation and genuine hospitality.” 

Guests will find several new tavern favorites on the fall/winter menu, including: 

• Maryland Crab Cakes – Golden panko-crusted cakes with arugula, pickled red onion, celeriac, grape tomato and a house-made green goddess sauce. 

• Kickin’ Turkey Burger – A fiery favorite featuring a grilled turkey patty with pepper glaze, jalapeño jack cheese, crispy jalapeños and jicama slaw on a toasted croissant bun. 

• Bourbon Glazed Pork Tenderloin – Grilled medallions with a bourbon glaze, duchess sweet potatoes and a savory sauté of cabbage and kale. 

• Roast Turkey Meatloaf – Comfort food reimagined with sweet potatoes, roasted mushrooms, celeriac purée, cabbage, craisins and rich roasted jus. 

• Spiced Pan Roasted Chicken – Crispy-skin half chicken seasoned and roasted to perfection, served with basmati fried rice, green beans and sweet chili–firecracker sauce. 

Marlow’s beverage program continues to evolve with handcrafted cocktails and zero-proof options for the season. New and returning signature sips include the Crushed Velvet Tonic, River Remedy, MT 75, Bourbon Smash and Nice Pear Manhattan, alongside spirit-free selections such as the Dirty Cherry Soda and Grapefruit Basil Fresca.
