Restaurant guests are craving comfort this season more than ever, and Marlow’s Tavern is satisfying appetites with new starters, entrées and desserts that simply taste better in sweater weather.
“At Marlow’s Tavern, we’re honoring the fall and winter seasons with bold spices, vibrant root vegetables and hardy greens,” says John C. Metz, executive chef, CEO and co-founder of Marlow’s Tavern. “Our new menu showcases familiar, all-American classics with a spin that warms the soul and truly celebrates season’s bounty.”
Guests can enjoy with new starters, snacks and salads:
- Spinach and feta dip with fresh spinach, fire-grilled artichoke, creamy Mornay, Swiss, Parmesan, feta and buttery crostini
- Pimento cheese arancini with creamy arborio risotto, pimento cheese and smoked chili cream
- Tortilla salad with romaine, cucumber, tomato, black bean corn salsa, radish, pepper jack, avocado, coriander lime dressing and crispy tortilla
New “Tavern Favorites” feature heartier dishes with seasonal flavors, including:
- Grilled Atlantic salmon with basmati fried rice, shiitake, napa cabbage and miso soy
- Trigger fish with spaghetti squash, kale, toasted almond, brandied Craisins and sage cider cream
- Grilled Prestige Farms chicken with butternut squash, shaved Brussels sprouts, cumin-charred cauliflower, tomato concasse and roast chicken jus
- Veggie and grain bowl with farro, quinoa, cucumber, edamame, radish, cauliflower, tomato, pickled red onion and rice wine herb vinaigrette with the option to add tuna poke
