JW Marriott Marco Island Named Top 30 Resorts in Florida: Reader's Choice Awards 2019 by Condé Nast Traveler

Congratulations to my good friends at JW Marriott Marco Island

Yesterday, the votes of 600,000 Condé Nast Traveler readers were counted for their favorite resorts in Florida, outside of the Keys and Orlando area, and JW Marriott Marco Island came in at number 22! One of only two Collier County resorts named in the list of 30 Florida resorts, JW Marriott Marco Island’s pristine and private beach, beautiful Balinese design, luxurious express and full-length spa treatments and locally-sourced and inspired delicious food and drinks were pronounced the best of the best in the Sunshine State.

Over the past three years, the resort has celebrated numerous milestones – a brand transition to a JW property (the only beachfront JW in the continental US), the unveiling of Paradise by Sirene (the adults exclusive enclave that is a first for the JW brand) and this year, “Paradise Redefined” debuted, marking the completion of the resort's $320M renovation and new build. This accolade will be proudly listed as one of the many that the resort has earned. The JW Marriott Marco Island is unlike anything else in Southwest Florida. It is an absolute luxury at the threshold to The Everglades.

About the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort
The JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort truly represents Paradise Redefined – the perfect island within an island escape where serenity, indulgence and enrichment are found in abundance. The Balinese-style resort evokes complete tranquility and harmony; featuring four sparkling pools, a luxurious SPA by JW, inspired restaurants with indoor and outdoor dining, as well as unparalleled beachfront event space and two Championship golf courses - the Rookery at Marco and Hammock Bay Golf & Country Club. In November 2018, the resort completed its comprehensive $320 Million renovation project welcoming the new Lanai Tower, which is home to reimagined Lanai Suites, a signature restaurant, Tesoro, and 10K Alley – a 12,000 sq. ft. entertainment center and gastropub. The tower also boasts ‘Paradise by Sirene, a Curated Experience Exclusively for Adults,’ offering elevated amenities including rooftop pool access and beach butler service for its 94 rooms and suites. The JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort is now home to 100,000 square feet of innovative oceanfront event space and 810 finely appointed rooms and suites. Located 20 minutes south of Naples and just a 50-minute drive from Southwest Florida International Airport, this exquisite coastal property is the ultimate sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation.
