Cutluxe Crafts Exceptional Knives at an Affordable Price

Cutluxe crafts ergonomic knives from premium-grade steel that ensure the best quality and refinement

Cutluxe has brought innovation and integrity to knife making. The company crafts exceptional knives at prices that are accessible to chefs of all levels.

While other brands are busy inventing all sorts of high-tech kitchen gadgets, Cutluxe pursues the perfection of the original and most essential kitchen tool. Every kitchen already has a smart multitool for cutting, slicing, and chopping finely and coarsely; it’s called a knife. Cutluxe is focused on making the best possible knives at the best possible price.

Dor Gefen, Cutluxe’s CEO, wanted to design and manufacture the perfect kitchen knife. By working directly with professional gourmet chefs, the company analyzed the finest details of how a great knife performs. Then, they designed a knife and manufacturing process that delivers exceptional kitchen knives.

“I was shopping for knives one day and realized I had to choose between quality and an actually affordable price. I wanted both,” Gefen said. “Cutluxe was born. For more than a year, I worked with professional gourmet chefs and the best manufacturers I could find in order to create an incredible yet affordable knife set.”

The Artisan Series is made from high carbon 1.4116 German steel forged to 56+ Rockwell hardness. The knives are hand sharpened at 14 to 16 degrees per side, for maximum sharpness and edge retention. The luxury pakkawood handle is triple-riveted, for sure grip and stability.

The Olivery series is a workhorse for the modern kitchen. Each knife is forged from a single block of Swedish high carbon Sandvik 14C28N steel, for a durable black that will stay sharp for years. The wax-injected olive wood handle feels luxurious.

The Shinobi Series is the hardest blade offered by Cutluxe. The knives are forged from 66 layers of high carbon Japanese stainless steel to a 60+ Rockwell hardness for an extremely durable knife that stays sharp significantly longer than the average chef’s knife. With a G10 military-grade handle with an ergonomic shape, these knives offer a comfortable grip and exceptional control.
